At Mahi Rai Jewels, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, materials, and images before completing a purchase.


Hygiene & Product Nature

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations (particularly for items such as earrings), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mahiraijewels.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or suitable resolution.


Custom & Personalised Jewellery

All custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
